Area residents wishing to obtain a
library card will need to come in and fill out a brief form.

We require one form of identification:

• The applicant will need a current Driver’s License.
• Persons not in possession of a Driver’s License will need to provide some other form of identification.
• A library number will be issued in our system for the patron.
• Parents or guardians must fill out a form for children to have their own library card issued.

Parents or guardians of children under the age of 18 are responsible for items checked out to their minor children.
